Blain|Di Donna opened in 2010 as a joint venture between London dealer Harry Blain and former Vice-Chairman of Sotheby’s Worldwide, and Head of Impressionist and Modern Art Evening Sales, Emmanuel Di Donna.  Focusing on the best examples of Impressionist, Modern, and Contemporary art, the gallery stages museum-quality historical and monographic shows.  The gallery’s past exhibitions include René Magritte: Dangerous Liaisons (2011), André Masson, The Mythology of Desire: Masterworks from 1925 to 1945 (2012); Jean Arp, A Collection of Wood Reliefs and Collages (2012), Paul Delvaux (2013),  Dada & Surrealist Objects (2013), Warhol: Jackie (2014), and most recently Lynn Chadwick: Retrospectives.
