Contacts & Details
Yautepec is a contemporary art gallery in Mexico City, founded in 2008 by Brett W Schultz (b. Chicago, 1978) and Daniela Elbahara (b. Monterrey, 1978), also the founders of Mexico City’s Material Art Fair. Its program engages with a poetics of the built environment and of the construction of culture, especially as these are increasingly integrating with – or becoming inseparable from – the screen. Although this conversation is international, Yautepec’s program takes Mexico City as its specific context.
