Kim Chong Young Museum

The Kim Chong Young Museum was founded in 2002 to commemorate Chong Young Kim, a pioneer in Korean modern sculpture, and to support young sculptors of Korea.  The museum’s programme includes exhibitions as well as research and preservation of the works of Chong Young Kim who brought abstract sculpture to Korea and showed the beauty of Bulgak. The museum also grants Kim Chong Young Sculpture Award biannually to encourage young artists as well as to honor the passion of Chong Young Kim as an educator.

Opening hours: March – October, Tue – Sun 10am – 6pm; November February, Tue – Sun  10am – 5pm
