Contacts & Details
The Jelení Gallery aims to provide long-term support to contemporary young Czech artists who are often still at art school and who often have their first solo exhibition in the gallery. The gallery program offers a systematic overview of the Prague art scene as well as that of other regions. Jelení Gallery cooperates with professors at art schools in Brno, Ostrava, Ústí nad Labem and Pilsen.
The gallery also organizes exhibitions of more experienced artists who have the greatest influence on the young generation.
The gallery has its own permanent curators, though these regularly work with the youngest curators, offering them the opportunity to organize a monographic or thematic group exhibition.
