Atelier ARTIsm3160 Exhibitions

Atelier ARTIsm3160 opened in May 2016, during the Biennale of Architecture as a meeting place for the arts, conceived and built piece by piece by Anita Cerpelloni. As architect-designer, Anita utilizes antique and experimental techniques to promote and give an opportunity to both young and established artists. L’Atelier is a small multi-functional space where exhibitions, performances, workshops, meetings and global art activities are performed. Cultural events and exhibitions took place monthly throughout 2016 and now forecast for the Biennale of Arts 2017, artists of all cultures will be presented:

May 12 – 14th 2017: a non-profit art collective named “The Biennial Project from Boston- USA”, presents films and performances.

May 3 – 9th, May 16 – 22nd, June 23 – July 1st: exhibition “Anew-how it begins/come comincia” edited by Manuela Cattaneo della Volta and Anita Cerpelloni. The special moments of normal people: a course on new beginnings, mystery and discovery of the unknown and in a moment… are yours forever. And for you. where was the begining?

May 25th – June 1st 2017: exhibition of Venetian artist Fulvia Cervone, “BONDS” mixed media painting works.

June 4 – 21st 2017: exhibition of Venetian artist of lamp-work beads, Sito Salvatore and his wife Antonella Rossi produce pearls for generations : “The Game of Glass Pearls”.

July 5 – 25th 2017: Claire Zakiewicz artist from London, exhibition “Out of the Mothershipe”.

August 1st – September 30th 2017: a group of young artists organized by the Japanese Museum Takeshitaseikakojyo with TERADA PRIZE, October 1st – 31th Cultural Exchange between Japan & Venice.
