Education as the Practice of Freedom

The group exhibition features works by YoungArts alumni, focused on the theme of transgressive education and the process involved. “Education as the Practice of Freedom” takes its title from the book “Teaching to Transgress: Education as the Practice of Freedom” by the author bell hooks, including a wide variety of different media, namely collage, installation, painting, print, mixed media, sculpture and virtual reality works.
