“Quando a seca entra” is a series of small dimension paintings by Fabio Baroli (b. 1981, Brazil): each of them can be seen as an independent screen, and they are installed in segments, creating uninterrupted visual narratives. Each composition departs from a combination of old analog photographs, found in family albums, and recent digital images.
This series is an important turning point in the artist’s career, where he introduces new colors and references.
