Fernando Limberger: Contenção verde e Botânica SP

Pinacoteca de São Paulo hosts two works of the artist Fernando Limberger (Pátio 1), exploring the use of different kinds of shrubs, trees and seed to the aim of proposing a reflexion on the relationship between nature and culture. “Contenção Verde [Green Containment]” is a reproduction of a urban octagonal garden; “Botânica SP” is a huge sowing containing 150 different kinds of seeds collected in streets, squares and parks of the city.
