George Condo: Life is Worth Living

“Life is Worth Living” is the first solo show of George Condo at Almine Rech. The title originates from a note Condo sent to his friend Bernard Ruiz-Picasso and the show presents works he produced in Paris in the  late ‘80s and early ‘90s in conversation with his most recent works made in the past year exemplifying Condo’s use of drawing and painting and the structurally destructive method of working he  has employed throughout much of his career to the present day.
