Gisele Camargo: Construção

The exhibition presents part of Gisele Camargo‘s series titled “Construção“(Construction), named after the tale by Franz Kafka. The series was created by the artist throughout the year 2018, featuring 170 pieces, 130 of which are on view at Carbono Galeria, and spanning a wide range of variations of shapes and colours. The work was conceived to collect funds for the construction of the art residence Serra Morena, in the region of Campos Rupestres, Mina Gerais. Here f one of the biggest nature reserve of the country is located, also known as Jardim do Brasil (Garden of Brazil).
