Im Taumel der Nacht

Trikot, in collaboration with Deli Projects, presents “Im Taumel der Nacht”, an exhibition in three parts curated by Benedikt Wyss, Philippe Karrer, Jenny Baumat and Claudio Vogt: the exhibition at Trikot features an artificial, site-specific apartment by Lausanne artist Christopher Füllemann including artworks from private collections from the neighborhood; in the Kaserne area are displayed sculptures by Christopher Füllemann; Basel cultural anthropologist Michel Massmünster provides guided night tours departing from Trikot towards Kaserne.

For this years edition of the Night of Museums Basel both Deli Projects and Trikot are invited as so called guest institutions. With their first joint project “Im Taumel der Nacht” they provide an environment that allows intimacy towards the art, other visitors, the area where we all live and work and the night itself – in the context of a mass event such as the the Night of Museums Basel, which attracts over 20’000 visitors every year in January.
