White Cube Gallery presents a new exhibition made by Josiah McElheny, and entitled “The Crystal Land”. This show displays the research by the artist on trying to find alternative visual histories of Modernism. All the works here presented span through the period from 2008 and 2017, composed by different mediums, such as sculpture, painting, film installation and posters. The show is divided in three distinct parts each of which is directly referred to an individual: to Robert Smithson; to Paul Scheerbart and to the physicist Andrei Linde.
