The first institutional solo show of London and Beirut-based artist Maeve Brennan and the premiere of her major new film commission “The Drift”.
In the film the artist analyzes the changing economies of objects in Lebanon; it evolves around three main characters: the gatekeeper at the Roman temples in the Beqaa Vallery, a mechanic from Britel and an archaeological conservator working at the American University of Beirut.
