Maison Européenne de la Photographie – MEP presents “L’action Photographique”, a solo exhibition by the artist Michel Journiac. 20 years after his death, this key figure of the artistic scene of the 1970s and 1980s and the architect of body art in France, is considered a huge source of influence for many artists today. This exhibit gathers close to a hundred works covering Michel Journiac’s major themes, investigating the role of identity and questions morals, sexuality, or sacredness.
