Within his works, the Brazilian artist examines the process of how objects and images are produced, in order to find way of adding production stages. Some of his works on display feature banknotes from different countries, which the artist has cut and overlapped in order to form part of landscapes which refer to actual places and cultures. His goal is to shape these landscapes by alternating objects of daily use with manual techniques of painting and sculpture, which act as both a tool of direct interaction with found objects and the production technique. The Window Project is presented in collaboration with Gentil Carioca of Rio de Janeiro.
