“Entropías” by Gabriel de la Mora unites works from five of the artist’s major series: the presentation encompasses works from his Burned Papers, Neon Papers, and Plafonds series. Additional works on view include the most ambitious work from de la Mora’s CaCO3 series produced to date, which features 273,472 individually affixed pieces of eggshell as well as a significant new piece from his Obsidian (volcanic glass) series. Feria de Arte Material / Material Art Fair 2018

Frontón México
08/02/2018 - 11/02/2018

Since its debut four years ago, Material Art Fair has revitalized Mexico City’s most important week for contemporary art and, in many ways, has come to symbolize its city’s vibrant and youthful cultural scene. For this upcoming edition, Material will take place at the Frontón México, an Art Deco-era sporting arena constructed in 1929 by the architects Teodoro Kinhard and Joaquín Capilla. Material presents over 75 galleries from 18 countries and 33 cities, including Mexican galleries... Read More
