Haeundae gaya mil myeon (해운대 가야 밀면)

Gaya Halmae Milmyeon, open since 1995, serves milmyeon (thin wheat noodles in chilled broth) & bibim-milmyeon (noodles mixed with spicy sauce), as well as wang-mandu (king-sized dumplings).
Their hallmark is the non-fatty broth, simmered with medicinal herbs for 2 nights & 3 days.
