An inventive approach to classical Chinese dishes

Ho Lee Fook – “Good fortune for your mouth” – serves funky chinese kitchen inspired by Hong Kong’s cha chaan tengs with the spirit of New York’s hangouts in the 1960s.
The chef is Taiwanese born Jowett Yu, from Mr Wong and Mr G in Sidney who has decided to bring his cuisine to Hong Kong.
