Poké Hawaian Taste

Very popular in Italy Poké is only a recent trend in Palermo, although a very old traditional dish born centuries ago in Hawaiian cuisine, based on raw fish prepared in 6 steps. Poke “poh-keh” means “to cut” and all sliced in bit portions
it’s a healty dish of raw, fresh fish tuna or shellfish, marinated and served cold in bowls over rice as deconstructed sushi.
