Tehnica Schweiz is a collaboration between Gergely László (1979), and Péter Rákosi (1970), active since 2005. Often developed in collaboration with Katarina Šević, their complex projects are based on research and social interaction, and often include performance, the presentation of documentary/archival material, and stage-like installations. The focus of their interest lays in patterns of community behaviour and of cooperation, in questions around historical canonization, and the politics of remembering. They often work with a large group of volunteers. In 2010, they were artists-in-residence at ISCP, New York; in the past years, they participated in in exhibitions such as Vat ken you mach?, Wrocław Contemporary Museum (2015), and Kunsthaus Dresden (2013), the Rennes Biennale; Meeting Points 7, 21er Haus, Vienna (both in 2014), , Voices from the Center, Three Walls, Chicago (2011), or Let Us Compare Mythologies, Witte de With, Rotterdam (2010), among others.
