Sonora 128

Organized by kurimanzutto and programmed by Bree Zucker, Sonora 128 is a one-wall gallery project with the aim to trigger a conversation with a broad audience by exhibiting major artworks publicly. The space was founded in 1999 and has since promoted projects and exhibitions outside the traditional white cube space: from March 2016 to 2018, kurimanzutto will invite eight artists to exhibit a site-specific large- scale work for a period of three months each.
