Sara Rahbar: Salvation

“Salvation” is the fourth Sara Rahbar’s solo show at Carbon 12. The artist to amplify the sufferings of humanity use bronze as material for her sculpture. The weight of these bronzes is the weight of the world; the marred skin of these bodies is the skin that connects all of us; these sculptures combine heavy materials with intensely pressure and vulnerability.

Rahbar is not interested in rose-colored world; she instead casts them aside and gives us only the coldness of bronze.
