Merkavá: Hummusiya & Jerusalem Kitchen

Traditional hospitality that characterizes the Middle East

Merkavá is a space developed by Chefs Daniel Ovadía and Salvador Orozco that was born with two innovative purposes: to open in Mexico the first hummusiya, a type of traditional Israeli trade similar to Mexican taquerias but specialized in hummus and to have in Mexico is the first restaurant specializing in Jerusalem cuisine, which has not only Jewish influence but also Armenian, Christian and Islamic.

The menu offers a wide variety of small cold cuts served at the center, to share, as well as different varieties of hummus and their special shakshuka and babkas recipes.
