Allard
It’s one of the few remaining authentic French gourmet bistros. It was founded by Marthe Allard back in 1932 after travelling to Paris from the Burgundy region.
In 1955 the restaurant was taken over by Claude Layrac from Aveyron but he continues to operate following the Allard family spirit and the fundamentals of its cuisine.
