Le Servan, opened in 2014, is a French bistro with Asian touches. The managers are two French-Filipino sisters: Tatiana, chef de cuisine, and Katia, sommelier and manager.
Ecology and humanity are the priorities of the restaurant, which works with products from organic and sustainable agriculture, sustainable fishing and animal husbandry.
