Racines
Racines is a Parisian bistro marked by a raw cuisine, made of great products and slow cooking.
Racines was taken over at the end of 2017 by Simone Tondo, who renamed the kitchen “Bistrosteria” – a balance between the recipes of her grandmother Isa and the techniques of the new Parisian bistros. An offer that puts the customer at the centre of the experience, who finds the dishes served in casseroles and tureens.
