Enoiteca Guesteria Da Oste Mauro is also called Da Mauro or Lorenzon after the name of its owner. Ask the innkeeper for the menu of the day, always the best choice. As for drinking, follow what the innkeeper recommends. During the same evening you will probably drink 4 different wines (glasses).
The culinary and gastronomic story by Mauro began in 1974-1982 when he worked at Trattoria Tre Volpine Cantine da Ciccio Jesolo Lido. He then moved to Enoiteca La Caneva, Jesolo. In 2003 he opened his own place in Castello, Venice with Enoiteca Maskareta. After the pandemic, he decided to open a new restaurant in Calle Del Forno, close to via Garibaldi and the Biennale venues, the Enoiteca Guesteria Da Oste Mauro.
