Dawn Kasper was born in 1977 in Virginia, Usa, after studied sculpture at the Virginia Commonwealth University, she received a M. F.A in New Genres in 2003, at the University of California, where she studied with Paul McCarthy, Pipilotti Rist, Catherine Opie, John Baldessari and Jason Rhoades. After her degree she was represented by Anna Helwing Gallery , than by Circus Gallery.
