Florilegium

Organised by Droog Design, Florilegium is a project by artists Frank Bruggeman and Alessandro Gualtieri.

The pollination of cultures resulted in the pollination of flora. In Sicily, Greek, Roman, Arabic and other influences can be traced back in the plants and trees. This is the starting point for Frank Bruggeman and Alessandro Gualtieri’s first collaboration. Inspired by nature, and culture, they create a performative installation for the opening week of Manifesta 12.
