NARTIST, a web-based art ecosystem where collectors, emerging artists and creative talents meet, celebrate their launch at Villa Necchi Campiglio.
It is a platform which on the one hand provides space for online art galleries to present their young emerging artists. On the other hand, it is a room for artists to meet each other as well as partners from fashion and design to form collaborations.
NARTIST was initiated by Francesco Nicastri, who provides 30 years of experience in corporate and strategic consultancy for private companies and public entities, supported by Enzo Cannaviello, President of the National Association of Galleries of Modern and Contemporary Art, and Luca Borriello director of Inward, Observatory on urban creativity research. Their first collaboration partner is the Doimo Group, an expert within furnishing houses, offices, hotels, residential and commercial spaces.
Together, NARTIST and the Doimo Group have created the NARTIST patent, which consists of a canvas of fabric that can be placed on an industrial product and features and interchangeability of the works of art on display.
The launch event will feature speeches by the initiators of NARTIST as well as collaboration partners. The enchanting gardens of Villa Necchi Campiglio will be ensonified with sounds by a DJ set, which is formed out of calligrapher Luca Barcelona and sound designer Painé Cuadrelli.
A live scribing performance by Neva Chieregato and street art performance by Mattia Campo Dall’Orto, Corn79 and Gue will accompany the event.
