GAM Galleria in Milan presents the exhibition Boldini. Ritratto di Signora curated by GAM Galleria in Milan and the Giovanni Boldini museum in Ferrara.
On show are a selection of 30 works, which date back to the first two decades of the 20th century, including paintings, drawings and pastels, on loan from the Giovanni Boldini Museum in Ferrara and displayed alongside the GAM’s own works by Boldini and Paul Helleu (a friend and follower of the artist). The exhibition highlights Boldini’s development of style in worldly and aristocratic feminine portraiture.
