The exhibition features new work by the British painter, known for her female portraits, painted in a fluid style, in which she is able to capture the emotions of human existence. Chantal is mainly influenced by Renaissance artists like Piero della Francesca, or Modern artists like Edgar Degas and Francis Bacon.
The artist was born in 1969, and is currently living and working in London. She graduated at the Royal College of Art and was awarded the Royal Academy Woollaston Prize in 2006.
