De l’ombre à la lumière

De l’ombre à la lumière presents a series of works born by the collaboration between six photographers and detained people from different countries such as Italy, France, Latvia, Russia and Brazil. 

The title refers both to the process of photography and to the condition of persons working in the shadow. Work as photography but moreover as profession. The collective interest is represented both by the contribution given to the society  by workers and by the focus on the topics suggested by the photographic works.

The images on view try to establish a sort of intimate dialogue with visitors. Photographies evoke emotions recording sights on daily spaces often far from the most.
