Lost in Venice

Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa – San Marco, San Marco 71/c

The exhibition at the Bevilacqua La Masa Foundation‘s space in Piazza San Marco aims at linking contemporary graphics with the urban space.

The exhibition aims to lead to a reflection on the identity of Venice especially in relation to its lesser-known routes and more related to a culture of today than to a fake rediscovery of the past.

The city’s current identity will be probed through the investigations conducted with the students of a Iuav university workshop Iuav under the leadership of Angela Vettese. The exhibition will include films, photographs, signage projects, models, documents, as well as a hundred signs become unprofitable and removed from the streets of the city in 2014/15 .
