Rashid Johnson: Los Senderistas

Museo Tamayo

27 Jul 201910 Nov 2019

Using objects from everyday life such as books, LP albums, black soap, plants, shea butter as materials, the work of Rashid Johnson presents a constant anxiety of being and a search for identity, something between Western modernist aesthetics and objects related to Afro-descendant culture in US.
