Since 1987 their cuisine is the expression of a territory which is unique in the world.
Small and cozy restaurant, it was born as a laboratory of research, recognition and conservation of the products of the Venetian lagoon, its islands and its surrounding mainlands.
Al Covo opened its doors in January 1987, the realization of a shared dream of Diane and Cesare Benelli upon their return from the United States, where they had met, married and discovered to have many common hopes and ideas for their future.
