With a modern and simple decor, Jung Sik Dang is all about taste, neatness and creativity.
Based on Korean food, all the menus change every 2~3 months. Even the signature dish changes within a year.
The term “New Korean,” meaning Neo-Korean, was first used by the owner chef Yim Jung Sik who pioneers new ways to offer a variety of inventive Korean cuisine.
First opened in 2009, Korean movie stars and celebrities visit this restaurant as well.
Jung Sik Dang aims to cultivate a very “approachable Korean cuisine” where it’s not only about Kimchi but about the potential of Korean food to be presented in various creative ways.
