Miss Lily’s, opened in 2016 inside Dubai’s Sheraton Grand Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, brings the flavors of Caribbean cuisine to the Middle East. The menu, curated by the Executive Chef Adam Schop offers Jamaican cuisine and Miss Lily’s signed dishes like Jerk Chicken, Oxtail Stew, Grilled Jerk Corn, Jerk Ramen and more, in addition to many dishes exclusively created for Dubai: Pimento & Tamarind Glazed Lamb Ribs, Chili King Crab and Slow Roasted Pimento Short Rib.
