The menu is based on fresh, first class seasonable ingredients. In Studio Qulinarne you will have a chance to try: smoke aromatised French tartar, lamb cutlets with pistachio coating, halibut on manioc purée, as well as exquisite desserts: chocolate soufflé with nut sponge, pistachio mousse with dark chocolate, or coffee parfait with cardamom sauce. The menu is complemented by a list of carefully selected wines and cocktails.

Studio Qulinarne has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence from the New York magazine Wine Spectator. Studio Qulinarne’s new wine list includes almost 150 items carefully chosen by sommeliers, among others: South African ‘Tet de Cuvee’, Galpin Peak, 2009, Bouchard Finalayson, Walker Bay; excellent Spanish Rioja Hiru3 Racimos, 2007, Luis Canas; as well as boutique Sauvignon Blanc, Section 94, 2010, Dog Point from the Marlborough region in New Zealand.
