Alserkal Avenue has become an epicentre for the most prominent contemporary art galleries and a destination for cultural activities and projects, located within an industrial area of Dubai in Al Quoz.

An organic development since 2007, today houses over 25 creative spaces, while doubling in size for 2014 with a 50 Mln dhs expansion project dedicated to extend a platform to welcome new organisations and diversify within the arts community. It will also include an events centre for up to 1000 visitors, a courtyard and food outlets, as well as new additions such as architects, designers and studio spaces for the artists that will solidify Alserkal Avenue as an arts destination in Dubai and the region.

On May 13, 2013 during the awards ceremony by Dubai Arts and Culture Authority, Alserkal family was awarded with Patron of the Arts Award by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai for their contribution to arts and culture in Dubai.
