Bétonsalon – Centre for Art and Research is a contemporary art institution operating at the intersection of artistic practice and academic research. Located within Université Paris Cité, it serves as a platform for experimentation, collaboration, and the development of emerging forms of knowledge. Bétonsalon fosters dialogue across disciplines, encouraging both theoretical inquiry and practical engagement. Supported by the City of Paris, the Île-de-France Regional Board of Cultural Affairs – Ministry of Culture, and the Île-de-France Region, it is recognised as a cultural institution of national interest. Its programme reflects a commitment to situated practices and shared perspectives.
