Musical space with a ten-year-long activity behind, Casa de Francisca has always been animated by a curatorship aimed to artistic commitment and musical diversity. In 2017, the institution changed its previous seat for a new prestigious one, namely Palacete Teresa, in this way enriching its program of musical performances.
The building of Palacete Teresa is deeply rooted in the musical landscape of São Paulo: it housed the first instrument store of the city Casa Bevilacqua, the music house Irmãos Vitale and the seat of the radio Record, and came to be known as “The Musical Corner of São Paulo.”
