El cuarto de máquinas was conceived by Hilario Galguera in 2010 in Berlin as a platform of unlimited possibilities, dedicated to the inclusion of independent and experimental projects, where the site and duration are determined according to the specific needs of each initiative. El cuarto de máquinas collaborates with artists, curators, and writers from both the national and international scenes.
