Spazio Berlendis is a space born in 2019 from a careful restoration of a former boatyard.

Spazio Berlendis is an art space in the neighbourhood of Cannaregio, in Venice, founded by Emanuela Fadalti and Matilde Cadenti, ever active in art and architecture in the city. The two started the restoration of the former carpentry of the Squero Fassi (Fassi Shipyard), known as Squero Vecio, the Old Squero, the oldest one in Venice, and the result is an architecture harmoniously merging contemporary and the original structure. Its 300-square-meter space makes it the ideal venue for exhibitions and events.
