Ateliers of SYAA

The Studio of Young Artists’ Association (SYAA) is a professional organisation, which has been functioning for more than 5 decades, always giving dynamic responses to current art and social issues. The Association has a membership of about 450 artists, art historians, and critics.

The permanent exhibition space of the association is the Studio Gallery; another alternative exhibition space of the Studio is the 1×1 board; moreover three studios can be found in the Studio Gallery. For these, the regular members can win the right of use for one year in yearly turns, through competition. Apart from these, there is a studio for guests, used by foreign artists arriving through the exchange programs, or, in case it is unoccupied, the members can apply for it with a work schedule for one month at most.
