Biblioteca Ostinata

Biblioteca Ostinata takes its name from the obstinate dedication to breaking down barriers to knowledge, embodying the spirit of cultural accessibility. Opened in December 2022, this 100sqm library is designed as a welcoming space, blending functionality with beauty. Designed by Studio de Lucchi, AMDL Circle, and Produzione Privata, the library’s layout features an arrangement of bookshelves with modular bookcases lining the walls and twenty central seats. The space is intentionally flexible, allowing it to transform from a reading room into a venue for events, social gatherings, and community engagement.

The library exhibits a private collection of 4000 books which spans a wide array of subjects, including philosophy, literature, history, poetry, and social sciences, alongside novels and comics. The volumes change cyclically, creating a selection perpetually in motion.
