Fondazione Antonio dalle Nogare
The Antonio Dalle Nogare Foundation was established to promote contemporary art as a means of interpreting societal change, fostering dialogue between art, architecture, innovation and artistic research, and encouraging broader public engagement with the contemporary sphere. From the outset, the Foundation has made a selection of works accessible to the public, facilitating daily encounters with the artistic practices of leading contemporary figures.
The Foundation aims to provide a space for conceptual, intellectual and aesthetic experience, open to all interested visitors. The display of the collection, housed in two rooms on the first floor, is curated by Eva Brioschi.
The private collection of Antonio Dalle Nogare originated in the mid-1980s. Central to the collection is a sustained interest in conceptual and minimal art, represented through works by major artists of the second half of the twentieth century. This core is continually complemented by artworks from contemporary practitioners, creating an ongoing conceptual dialogue between present-day voices and established masters within the exhibition spaces.
