Arte Abierto

Arte Abierto is a space for continuous experimentation, which aims to activate collective processes in a bid to create connections and transversal intersections in art and contemporary culture, while bringing the public closer in an open, inclusive, dynamic and stimulating way.

The space seeks to enrich the current contemporary art scene by offering artists and creators new, non-conventional exhibition spaces that they can intervene. It commissions and collaborates on cultural projects to create artworks, exhibitions, collaborative workshops, events, meetings, project presentations, plays, seminars, performances, film and video screenings, music, architecture, urbanism and sustainability.

Arte Abierto puts forward a cultural management model that seeks to attract all kinds of audiences through new ways of conceiving and approaching art, in a bid to foster learning and creative experiences beyond the specialised field of museums and art galleries.
