Jousse Entreprise

Philippe Jousse has developed two parallel activities in architect-designed furniture and contemporary art.

6 Rue Saint-Claude, 75003

Deeply interested in the aesthetics of 20th century furniture, Philippe Jousse  has ceaselessly contributed to the recognition of designers and artists such as Jean Prouvé, Charlotte Perriand, Mathieu Matégot, Le Corbusier.

Founded in 2001, the gallery specialises in 20th century architect-designed furniture and contemporary art. The gallery now has two venues, at 18 rue de Seine for furniture, and a gallery for contemporary art in the Marais, at 6 Rue SaintClaude. The artistic line of the gallery aims to support emerging artists alongside established artists. The artists represented by the Jousse Entreprise gallery are mostly French and have an international reputation.
