Gagosian Rome

7th venue of Gagosian galleries, founded by Larry Gagosian in Los Angeles in 1979.

Via Francesco Crispi 16

Gagosian Gallery was established in 1980 by Larry Gagosian in Los Angeles, and has since evolved into a global network offering a stellar program of Modern and Contemporary Art exhibitions. There are three New York galleries (24th Street, 21st Street and Madison Avenue), two in London and Paris, and one in Beverly Hills, Rome, Athens, Geneva and Hong Kong.

Over the last three decades, Gagosian Gallery has presented an exceptional historical program alongside a roster of ambitious exhibitions by the world’s most renowned living artists. Such exhibitions, which have placed Gagosian Gallery at the forefront of the contemporary art scene, are accompanied by beautifully designed, scholarly catalogues and monographs. The gallery is also publishing catalogue raisonnés on several of its artists.
